This class provides an overview of wines from Central and Southern Italy.  You'll learn about Central and Southern Italy's various wine regions with interesting historical tidbits about them, learn the major grape varietals used in each region and how to read those confounded labels.  Of course, no lecture is complete without the lab!  Rest assured, there'll be plenty of hands-on learning with samples of fabulous Central and Southern Italian wines hand-selected by our expert Wine Guys.

• Tuition fee required at the time of registration.
• Tuition will be refunded, minus a $15 processing fee, for registrations cancelled by the cancellation deadline (see Cancellation Policy below)

• No open-ended gift certificates for GVU will be issued.
• Students enrolled by a friend (as a birthday gift, etc.) will be contacted to confirm his/her attendance.

• Cancellation deadline is 48 hours prior to the scheduled class.
• Cancellations made by the deadline will be refunded minus a $15 processing fee.
• Cancellations made after the deadline will NOT be refunded, and tuition cannot be applied to other class sessions or for store credit.
