Ah, chocolate. Just the mention of the word causes one to fall into as state of bliss. We started with Venezuela and discovered El Rey, perhaps the greatest chocolate found. We then ventured into France for a taste of the sublime Valrhona. It was then a quick hop to Belgium for the sensual Dolfin. Finally, it was the red-eye back to California for Scharffenberger power. It's a world of chocolate bliss and we enjoyed travelling it.
